Localization: Promote locally owned integrated ‘one-stop’ Health services focusing on local vulnerable areas including disease hotspot, population basin , mobility continuum, marginalized or missed community and conflict affected populations .

Community-Driven Solutions: Involve communities in codesigning health programs, ensuring cultural relevance and sustainability.

Community Engagement Platforms: Establish community forums, town halls, and digital platforms where community members can voice their needs, share insights, and collaborate on health initiatives.

Health System Resilience

Robust health systems are essential for effective crisis response and recovery. ALPHA should focus on strengthening health infrastructure, workforce capacity, and supply chains.

Health Workforce Development: Invest in continuous training, mentorship, and retention of healthcare professionals.

Emergency Preparedness: Develop and regularly update health emergency plans, including surge capacity for epidemics.

Health Infrastructure Upgrades: Prioritize investments in clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and telemedicine infrastructure.
